Does anyone know where to get the funky little connector they use for mobile phone headsets? It looks like a 1/8" stereo plug, but it has 3 rings (at least on mine it does), and it's definitely smaller than 1/8". I just got one of those phones that can play music, and was thinking of making up an adapter so I can actually use some decent headphones with the phone. Any ideas?

It's a 2.5mm connector.
Just get a cable and one of these boxes:
