X-32 effect question
« on: October 06, 2014, 10:19:52 PM »

Hey guys,

Sorry for all the X-32 questions but more and more of us are moving towards them.

Right now I am running effects for my vocal channels on my X32 for live sound.

Vocal channel 1 is our example

Reverb effect is effect 1L/1R and is on Bus 14,15

Vocal channel 1 is up in the mains

vocal channel is up in bus 1 and 2  as pre for my stage monitors

Vocal channel 1 has sends for bus 13,14 up to the effect level I want

My issue is that now I have reverb in my monitors as well as my mains (Monitors are bus 1,2,3,4,5)

How do I make my reverb ONLY come through the mains for channel 1? Or am I doing effects wrong?

Select a mix bus (monitor bus 1,2,3,4,or 5) that you want to affect. Then push the sends on fader button. Go to your effects returns page (3rd button down on the far left side where you change layers) bring the faders on the reverb return channels down or press the mute buttons on those channels. Repeat the process on the other mixes.
