What's the best CD duplicator?

I need to purchase a CD duplicator for our church.  What are some of the features that distinguish vendors?  What are the "gotchas"?  What features are considered a necessity?

Hi Jay,

I started using these a couple of years ago and have no problems worth mentioning. I like it because I just press copy after loading the CD so I can keep working on other things.
