Need help selling equipment...
« on: May 28, 2024, 07:34:37 PM »

I'm sort of new to this field and thought that I'd ask for some advice.

Our church replaced the sound system and the old one was removed (in working condition).  I've been asked to try to sell the equipment, but I'm kind of out of my league on this.

Basically, I'm asking if anyone can give me some advice on where or how to sell the equipment that was removed.  I thought about selling on Ebay, but that's such a hassle.

The equipment we have is:

Yamaha P2075C Amplifier
Electro Voice EV7300A Amplifier
Symetrix Radius 12x8 EX and a Symetrix SymNet xln12 (with manuals)
TASCAM CD0RW900
TASCAM CD-A700
Crestron Media Controller

Is there a reseller that we could use that would give us a fair price, or a Pro-Audio forum that might be worthwhile listing on?

Thanks,

Sir Michael

eBay is probably your best bet.  Expect $500-1000 for everything.  A 'dealer' would have to offer about half that.

Reverb.com has much better rates than eBay and is very active.  Don't forget to post here in our Marketplace for free.
