Where's the best place to listen to Atmos content?

I want to start listening to stuff in Atmos. Other than a home theatre system with a bunch of speakers...what's the best place and method for listening to music and other stuff in Atmos? Do the end use services offer a binaural headphone mix output? Or do you still need a full Atmos system to listen to one of the streaming services in Atmos?

The best option is going to be a bunch of speakers.  However Dolby Atmos for Headphones is a thing on PC and may get you close to what you are wanting.
