Midas M32R custom foam insert for Pelican 1610
« on: February 22, 2019, 12:48:46 pm »

Hey guys, I am looking for an affordable carry solution for my M32R and I noticed this company's case, but they won't sell the foam insert by itself for some reason.  I suspect that the foam insert is made by a 3rd party that I'd love to find.  Anyone have any ideas?

I already have a 1610 so this would be great if I can find someone just selling the insert.

Thanks,
Matt

A little more weight but half the price. Something like this? Works fine for the one I have.

Have you asked them directly if they sell the insert without the case? I have several of their foam kits for my firearms and they were happy to sell them separate to me since I already had the pelican cases.

I actually did call and ask them directly...  maybe I just got someone that didn't know.  I am thinking I need to try again.

Maybe the word "custom" threw them off what you were really asking for?

Possibly, I also contacted them via email so perhaps whoever monitors that has a better handle on "special requests".
