I do like that the member search doesn't care if you type caps or lower case. One of my pet peeves with the older software was that you pretty much had to know someones name to find it in the members search and then you had to get the capitalization they used exact.

I did notice that those of us heading for the lab section and used our full names also were far more likely to provide a email. I hope that if the recording guys are going to stay with handles, that the boards are separated.
