You mean something like this?

I will do the 3D drawings again if you have the final drawings, it is not that much work.

Best regards,

Walt

Hey Walt.

The pressure build up between the woofer, and,
the baffle board, must be enormous.

What is the BL Factor, of the driver, and,
what cone material does it use?

I'm assuming Kevlar........

Best Regards,

I only did the 3D renderings! The Crusher is not my design.  Driver is Eminence HL10A, you can find specs on the Eminence homepage...

Title: Corners
Post by: Walt de Jong on December 09, 2004, 11:50:10 am
Hello BHF,

I noticed that in the corners the area doesn't expand in your Crusher design. 5" stays 5" and 10" stays 10". In fact the area should be larger at the end of the corner because in the corner the horn should follow the expansion rate. Look at the Punisher plans to see what I mean.

Best regards,

Walt

Hi, i'm new to this forum... Those 3D renderings are awesome!  I'm thinking about attempting to build one for fun, what program was used for 3D?  I'm even having difficulty figuring out the 2D; is there a way anyone can post a DXF or DWG file?

Thanks

If the actual horn is represented by the simulation, the results will be so close, measurements wont be any different in the bass range. Hornresp from what ive seen has modeled correctly.
