Is it possible to make the default sort order of the member list be date joined with the newest at the top? When I am checking for new members posting under an alias it is easier if the list comes up with the newest members at the top.

Do you see a post by someone not following the name rules?

Click on the row header on any row and it sorts to that item. Toggles between ascending and descending too.

Could this not be the pefect time to make the real name information in the profile a required field?
Meaning: no registration possible without this field filled out?
