Post by: Lyle Williams on March 03, 2018, 11:04:57 pm

Often there is a better crowd dynamic when the crowd sings along.

But you need a critical mass of people who really know the words.

Does anyone have any good solutions to putting lyrics on screens without having an entirely predetermined playlist?

I guess I am looking for the midpoint between a rave and death by powerpoint...

Have you considered using cue playback software such as QLab or Show Cue System?  Both can handle hot key triggers for non-scripted playback.

ProPresenter is how all the Churches do it. You can have a motion background, then put text over that however you want. Its pretty easy.
