Title: Gator Case Lifetime Warranty

I purchased a Gator roto-molded amp rack and the material around where the latches were mounted began cracking.
I submitted a warranty claim through the Gator website which was a very easy process.
I submitted a photo, description of the issue, and proof of purchase. Within 24 hours my claim was approved and Gator shipped a replacement. They did not require that I return the defective case.
Excellent customer service and a company that stands behind their products.

It is great to work with a company who takes care of you.

Years ago we broke a latch off of a Pelican case-our fault.

We were in the area on business and stopped by to see if they could fix it.

They said-give us a couple of minutes.

They took it in the back and in a few minutes were back out front-but the case looked totally different.

They just took our test gear out and put it in a brand new case and said "have a nice day".

No charge.

Service like that is what makes you want to go back to a company for future purchases.

Glad you had a good experience also.

Hell yeah. I have some gator cases where the feet fell off. So often I forget that warranty is a thing for things other than the gear housed inside.
