Well, it doesn't go very high either. 6.6' ?

I guess your FIRST problem is how to get a 350lb speaker 4' off the ground to put it ON the stand------------

Hmmm, 350 lb rating on an aluminum stand that doesn't seem to have any larger diameter footprint than similar stands? I don't think so. This seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.
I'd like to meet the Engineer who signed off on that.

What 350lb product has standard pole mounts anyway...?

Yeah, that weight rating is WAY too high. I'm picturing a KF850 on this stand ['only 270 or so'] and that's enough to make me smile and cringe simultaneously.
Anything over 100 lbs on a stick means that stick better be something really special. This does not appear to be anything special.
That and the listing on a Car Audio site would be enough to scare me away....

Well, none. Since it would be colossally stupid.
i've put my share of stick speakers up that were just shy of 100, and that's pretty much as heavy as i'd ever want to go. Even then, it's pretty unpleasant....
