Title: Error code on page

  Hello,

  When I would attempt to access the Forum's main content, an error code would appear on an otherwise black page. The error code would read:  "You have exceeded the allowed page load frequency." 

  No keystrokes would allow me to return to the previous or main menus.

  It now appears repaired, but had lasted a couple hours.

Still happening to me as well.

I've been monitoring this, which appears to be a problem with the server delivering non-forum content (banner ads, PSW links) to the forum, and not a problem with the forum software or database. I have advised the powers-that-be to look into the problem since it's not a server I have access to.
