a friend of mine has a cabinet that this driver fit in, it shows no continuity, is there a re-cone? or alternately what driver is it and what are the specs?
Thanks!

It looks like an older EV SRO 15B - but that's only going by what it "looks" like basket, magnet, etc.

I would agree that it looks like an old EV. Model number-I'm not sure.
But EV did not have a lot of models of that type back then

The EV 15B had a smooth cone.
That one has ridges. So that would indicate a 15L
HOWEVER-the part number on the cone is a Waldom-so it has a generic recone kit in it.
The EV15B and 15L parts fit either one.
But if remember correctly, those old EVs used a cupped spider.
The later (as in the 70s and later) ones used a flat spider.

I'm going to say SRO without the can over the magnet.
