I ordered a BSS BLU-DAN in October 2018. I still haven't received it. Every month since the order, Harman has consistently bumped the ship time of the product. Every time the estimated ship date comes and goes, they add another month to the date. Right now, the estimated ship time is sitting and the end of January 2019.
I called Harman in November to ask what was up. The person I spoke to said that there was an issue with the manufacturer but that units should start to to ship soon. I took the customer service rep at their word. At that point in time, the estimated ship time was set for December 14th. When that date came and went, I called my dealer. The dealer checked with Harman, and Harman updated the ship time to January.
I've tried emailing support to get a straight answer on what's going on and haven't had any luck. I've also tried calling, but evidently, they are closed for the holiday.
So I'm just wondering if anyone here has any info. Or perhaps if you or anyone you know might be getting rid of one of these units (can't seem to find any used listings online), let me know.
