Title: Need an HDMI mixer

Hey all. I need to find a small 2channel (at least) HDMI mixer with supported audio that allows me to transition between sources and output to HDMI, of course. I'd like to keep it at $500 or under.  Cuts or transitions are fine, I just need the transition to be clean. Anyone have a unit they can recommend?
