Well my first question was about how the rats told them whether they had tinnitus or not... Then I read the article and am surprised that they can even find the auditory cortex in a rat without killing it or doing serious brain damage.

P.S. I'm guessing they wouldn't want PETA to know about how the rats got tinnitus in the first place. I assume they're not talking about Dave Rat and family.
