Title: We need a volunteer
Post by: Mike Smith on January 12, 2011, 07:18:55 PM
...or maybe a couple of volunteers, so you can keep each other awake:

after the "old" LAB closes down, and everyone runs off to the newer, shinier LAB, someone needs to stay behind to make sure Abdul EQ can find us.

You'll have to stay alert -- he is nimble and quick; crafty in his subtle desert ways.

I'd do it myself but I can't.

Thanks!

I've been told camels have excellent navigational instincts.

Abdul emerges from the desert when we have enough need of enlightenment

He can find us wherever we roam

The sand is giant but Abdul knows how to follow its shifts

Good to hear Doug.... I would guess he's dealing with shifting snowdrifts rather than sand.   Very Happy   And maybe traded his camel for a snowmobile.

I saw Abdul via webcam, surrounded by strippers, snowdrifts and sand dunes simultaneously.

One of the ladies muttered something about a HumVee that looked like a camel.

Enigmatic chap, that Abdul.  He is probably the Second Most Interesting Man in the World.

Sort of. Dos Equis is a Heineken brand. I do the annual Heineken distributers conference. TMIMITW makes a regular appearance.

Some day I'll find out about Abdul. I only hope it's before I'm taking a dirt nap.
