What are your secret tunes that you play (mostly for yourself) in the background, while people are entering, during "happy hour", eating, etc.

I have ordered the Cindy Combs' SK Lady, and Jesse Cook's  Gravity CDs - Thanks... good stuff.

Klezmer is all new to me, and quite varied.  I'm going to seek out more samples.

Usually a CD of Gypsy/Klezmer violin and/or clarinet instrumentals.

Cindy Combs (Slack Key Lady) (http://"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9V8eFACfKn8"). Just a fantastic Hawaiian slack key guitarist. The entire album works for nice background (with the exception of one vocal tune).

Interactivo - Escriba Y Lea Con Las Tubular Bells (http://"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0ycLLI8s2s"). A Cuban re-arrangement of a few themes from Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells.

Ghibli de Latin - Ponyo On The Cliff By The Sea (from the Japanese anime movie by the same name) (http://"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKEU5kjJgeU"). This entire Ghibli de Latin album is great if you are a Miyazaki movie fan.

Speaking of Slack Key, check out Makana.  I heard some spots he composed for a Hawaiian tourist outfit and had to find out who it was.

Jesse Cooke has some well recorded modern Flamenco music that is fun to play.  Gravity was the album the introduced me to it, but it's all really good.

Planet of the Apes soundtrack. (60's one)
La Dolce Vida soundtrack or any other Nino Rota available
Django Reinhardt collections. (I once had Chet Atkins come by my desk and ask to see what Django I was playing !!! )
I use a couple of tracks from Godzilla films for my walk out after loud shows sometimes. (That music we hear after Godzilla saves/destroys the city and the people start to come out from the shadows)
