Title: Peavey cd mix to Crown XLS402
Post by: Glenn Robichaux on January 26, 2014, 06:26:57 PM
Looking for some input on hooking a Peavey cd mix mixer to a Crown XLS402 amp. the outputs on the mixer are RCA and the inputs on the amp are XLR. My guess is just to use XLR to RCA cables but I am new to this and thought I could get some advice here.

You could do that, but a more reliable option is to go using DI's IMO.

RCA to 1/4" -> DI -> XLR
