I have narrowed my choices for a multimode fiber optic cabling solution down to two Extron products. The Foxbox TX/RX and the DVI 104 TX/RX.
I am leaning towards the DVI104 (cost factor, and I don't need the distance capabilities of the Foxbox).
Any input on concerns regarding the DVI 104 extenders would be appreciated.

We use them both along with a few others. The 104 is everything it should be EXCEPT that one stagehand who decides to yank one when it is stuck can ruin your whole day, so buy a spares or two.

Thanks Ken, I assumed that I wouldn't have any issues... but doesn't hurt to ask.
Would that stagehand happen to be the same guy who "accidentally" dropped his box-cutters on my 8'x24' screen on it's FIRST use a couple of years ago!!

Ken,
Got the DVI104's delivered on Friday, and it worked like a charm on my benchtest from a laptop to 50" flatscreen.
I'm still waiting for the ImagePro HD and DVI Plus 4 to arrive to put it through its full test.
I'm hitting you up on your offer to discuss packing these.

Hope you had a good ride this weekend.
