We have one of these for the iPad, works fine.

Has anyone seen a similar product for the iPhone?

Yeah, but an actual dock that holds the iPhone. There’s a few iOS audio interfaces, but I’m looking for a dock.

I use a Cambridge Audio ID100 dock. Drawback is that it's only for the older 30pin devices. Works great for me. Charges the device, AES output, has a remote control. I believe it's disco'd but a few years ago, I had my original one stolen at a show and was able to source a replacement on EBay.
