You can find out a lot of this by looking at the calendar. For people who have listed a year with their birthday, their age shows up on their birthday date in the calendar.

I'm older than I look, and younger than I feel.

I looked Mac and noticed no age beside your name. The other thing I noticed is that I suddenly feel very old.

Crap....I have a birthday just a few weeks away and it is going to push me in the 45-60 bracket!
On a good day I still feel like I am a teenager...but most time I feel like I am 90 :-(

20-30 range, but there are times with the people I work with that I feel like I'm in the 45-60 range description...

Just out of curiosity, how should those who are right on the line mark themselves? I'm not close enough, but would people who are 30 select the 20-30 or 30-45? Etc...

I'm in the 20-30, but I don't feel like I can do anything and everything by myself already. Does that make me slightly more mature?

I'm 60 (turned 60 playing a gig!) and it all still fits. A bit creaky in the morning after 4 hours sleep... but I've got no real complaints.

Bragging about being old may appear unseemly to the young, but it is a real accomplishment for some based on how we burnt the candle at both ends our younger years, as if we would never have to deal with old age.

I routinely have people asking me how old I am at the gym where I still play pick-up basketball with much younger pukes, but that may just be them really thinking "why" am I still playing and too polite to say it (nah, they are not that polite).   8)

Doing a gig yesterday, and before things got rolling, I got introduced to a new staff member at the venue. She told me she had moved back home after working away for 6 years because her parents "were getting older and may not be around that much longer." I asked how old her dad was and she said "60." My age.

I didn't think I "may not be around that much longer."  - but it made me think.

I came to the mindset of no guarantees and no worries either!

An excellent mental exercise, is to ask yourself what would you do if you knew you only had 1 day to live? Then what would you do if you only had one year, and finally another 100 years.

It's pretty safe that most of us have more than one day, and less than 100 more years, so get your bucket list in order and take care of unfinished business, but don't live like there is no tomorrow, because there most likely will be.

I entertained at nursing homes with my accordion for many, many years until the day that one of the ladies met me at the front door and asked, "When did you move in?"

Many of us have had a reason to be thankful we're alive. It seems like there are many reasons I shouldn't be here, one being Vietnam. Then I look at my father who is living with us. He's 90 and survived D-Day, 5 battles and WWII. Ask him what was his worst D-DAY experience and he'll tell you that it was getting out of the landing craft, stepping into water over his head, and breaking the new pipe he paid .80 for in England.

I used to live next door to a WWII vet that lost his twin on Christmas Eve, 1944.
He is also still living with us as I see him about once a month at the grocery store.
Thanks to all who served !!
