Title: Online songlist creator/voting site for DJs?

I'm trying to help someone locate a possible site that will allow a DJ type person to have attendees to a particular even add song suggestions for a playlist and maybe even have others vote on them. It would be ideal if the list didn't require a login and such. I did some searching of Google's docs as well as Evite, but I don't see anything that would fill the request. Any suggestions short of building a custom site?
