Title: Yamaha Audioversity, Atlanta Aug 1&2?
Post by: Justice C. Bigler on July 10, 2012, 03:59:56 PM: I'm thinking about going to the Yamaha Audioversity (http://audioversityexpo.com/) in Atlanta, Georgia August 1 and 2.

Is it worth going? Anybody else going?

I'll either be driving out there (a long 14 hour-ish drive) with a friend, or we will be flying in his private plane. Is it worth making the trek out there and back?

Thanks for posting this. I just signed up, however it's a little more convienient for me. I live right outside Atlanta.

I went 2 years ago and will go again this year. A lot was review, but you have all the Yamaha, Nexo people and all the partner people (Audinate, Riedel, AuviTran etc.) all in one place.

It was nice to hear ALL the Nexo stuff side by side with a live band.

I'm registered for both days, but then it is more like a 14 minute rather than 14 hour trip for me. Unless I hit heavy traffic on I-75, in which case 14 hours may be about right!
