Post by: trace knight on December 30, 2010, 08:47:01 PM
Is anyone on here a laser guru? I have a laser, that was built by this so called laser wiz, trouble is he is no longer in this country, I think he's hiding, anyways I am looking for some generic laser programs that will output thru to a dmx signal to operate it.

If the device accepts dmx, any controller will be able to run it, although perhaps not to its full potential.  Before investing in a specific device, I'd see what the laser's protocol (also known as a personality, a profile, etc.) is and see if there's something you already have that will work.
