Title: Recessed house lighting

Hi Dave the sound guy back asking a lighting question. I need some recessed house lighting fixtures to light a 100 by 75 foot room (gym/sanctuary). It has 22 foot acoustic panel ceilings with mercury vapor reflector lighting. I need a more controlled, dimmable, and pleasing color temp lighting solution. I have access to about 75 recessed cans but they are only rated to R40 90 watt bulbs. Any recommendations?
