Phase is only one of several parameters used in evaluating a loudspeaker system.  More info is needed so that responses are more helpful for your situation.  Describe the equipment your measuring (what kind of speaker, where it's placed), the room you're in, and your measurement equipment and setup as well, and what you plan to do with the information (your goals for the speaker system).

"Getting the phase response" is not exactly an easy thing-especially in an install in a room.

There will be all sorts of boundaries that the sound will bounce off of and give a different phase response-depending on the location of the mic.

Knowing what you are actually trying to achieve would help greatly in getting responses that can actually help you.

Sounds to me like your intent is to check the polarity of each speaker. In either case a good starting point would be to review the help file. It contains an overview which you may find helpful.
