Title: Sony TX pack cable wiring

I have spent 30 minutes trying to find the wiring pinout for an XLR to 1/8 TRS to go into a Sony UTXB03 transmitter.
Please help!

The Countryman page makes it look like sleeve is ground, ring is bias, tip is audio.

XLR pin 1+3 -> sleeve
XLR pin 2 -> tip
nothing -> ring

Should work.
