Title: Lighting plot software
Post by: Jeffhtg (Jeff Kenney) on January 26, 2011, 10:50:33 AM
New board - old topic

Any one start using any new plot software these days? I've heard some people talk about softplot (around $300). Wondering if there are any other good lighting plot programs out there that are less expensive than my staple vectorworks.

Have run into a need for inexpensive software for theaters, schools, etc.  Vectorworks educational edition is fine for schools - but that doesnt work for others :)  Plus the learning curve is pretty steep for a volunteer.

input please!
