On the QL5, when I press the mute button on the DCA master fader, it will turn off the channels in that DCA group. But then when I turn it back on, it won't unmute those channels. On my CL5, the channels in the DCA group usually flash until pressed again when they come back on.
In the preferences on the console I don't see a function that appears to control that function. Am I missing something here? ???

Strangely, the DCA for my verbs seems to be working correctly. But none of the others are.
It shouldn't make a difference that they are on different layers should it? Or that I have most of my channels assigned to a custom fader bank, right?

When you say “Mute Button” do you mean the DCA “ON” button, or a Mute group or something else?

Yes, th DCA ON button.

Never mind. I got it figured out. There was a mute group that got turned on that I didn't know about.

I wonder if this new v5 preference is to blame?

I was looking at that too. I have it set to override.
This is in a club that a lot of other guys s who aren't as OCD about set up as I am work more often than I do. So there's a lot of odd set up and preferences that I'm not super thrilled with on this system.

Certainly a weird issue!
