I think it's a Lewitt Audio LCT either 240 or 440 but I am not certain.
If it is a Lewitt it is not the standard paint job.

This is the white version of the LCT 240 PRO, but he painted the grille to make it even whiter.

I have not. We use lots of various high end mics but I have not used any of the Lewitt mics.

Thanks, John! I'm considering the 440 for single-mic bluegrass type things. Anything I should know?

Nothing immediately springs to mind, although I haven't tried them for that. They have a nice airy sound without getting harsh so I bet they'd be great.
They are a solid build, so I guess my only thought would be make sure you have a beefy mic stand and/or sand bag if you're going to extend a boom at all.
