Can anyone identify these speakers?
Sorry, I couldn't get any closer for a better shot. It's a high ceiling.

Is that a plastic box?

I've seen variants of these several times before, there's a model that has a pole cup as well. Mostly seen them at hotels and conference centers as part of their house sound inventory.
The brand escapes me (I think it was an acronym of some type, three letters?), but the construction seemed very similar to Anchor audio.

They almost look like something from Anchor Audio but the insignia is slightly different,

My first thought was Technomad, but remembered that Gordon is in Scotland. Ramsa/Panasonic is my next best guess.

No, I've never been to Scotland other than a quick airport fuel stop. Both myself and this install are in the US.
Those brands are possibilities, but the insignia appears different on each. I'll try to get a better photo someday with a zoom lens, but for now, the building is closed.
Thanks.

Ooops. Wrong Gordon (was thinking McGregor).
Consider me re-geocentered. 8)

Although the shape is reminiscent of JBL Control series, the blue stripes on the badges remind me of Peavey’s commercial series from the 90s.

They are Peavey Impulse 652S install speakers.
