Post by: Thomas Bishop on October 22, 2010, 09:27:45 PM: Okay, sorry guys (mainly Rob) for the lack of response and general flakiness. One arrived damaged and I was waiting for a return. Colorkey ended up forgetting about me (can't blame them, they've been extremely busy, adding staff, etc) and I forgot about it myself. I got the replacement in and can now safely sell it.

The older (only by several weeks) one is dented. I'm not sure if this was damaged in shipping or if my guys did it on its first couple of uses. It went out on a couple of shows before I even saw it, so I can't be sure what happened. It does work perfectly, though, and I'm sure the dent could be popped out by someone with the tools/skills/time. I was originally selling these for $325, but this "scratch and dent" unit I will sell for $275 shipped.

The other one is brand new in the box. It was the replacement and it actually made it here in one piece (gotta love UPS). Because it's brand new I am supposed to tell you that it costs $500, but I'm sure you know how to get around that.

The photos show the "old" unit (the new one is still in the box), including the dent. There's a shot of it doing a decent job of lighting my 2400 sq ft shop as well as some close ups of the lenses doing the color mixing thing (cyan and yellow).

And since it's no longer "new" (although used on only one gig so far) I can now post a real price without breaching my dealer agreement. So, $250 for the "scratch and dent" unit, $350 for the "demo" one.

One TC 3 has been used once ($325), one TC3 has only been used a handful of times but has a dent in the chassis ($300). It does not affect the performance and I'm sure can be popped out fairly easily. Two SP64's are new in the box and to be in compliance with my dealership agreement I have to tell you they're $250 each (MAP), but I'll accept offers and/or ship for free. The other 6 SP64's were used for one single gig (and performed flawlessly) and I will sell those for $220 shipped. I'm out of the office until Saturday and will post some action shots then. In the meantime you can always go to www.colorkeyled.com as they look brand new (except for the one TC3). If you're interested in picking them up I am around 3 miles from the NJ Turnpike exit 8.

Edit: I would also be interested in trades, mainly for ETC S4's (not Jr), but I would also consider other lighting gear, higher end microphones (421, 441, RE20, etc), or a Whirlwind Mini 12-50'.
