Hi all, I am trying to find the best settings for getting the most detailed results from the TTI PSA scanners.
Can any one help?

Have a look at bestaudio.com. Look under the "rf coord" and "scans" tabs to start.
Peter Erskine has put together a great resource. Lots of great info there including a database of scans from venues around the world.

A few things that help on the TTi...
- set the scan to "average"and the average number to 4 or higher. Gives a more consistent result than a one-shot scan.
- set the ref level to -20dbm unless you are very close to some powerful transmitters to help see weaker signals
- the 15kHz setting for rbw gives good results with the 60MHz spans for scanning broadcast channels
- having the vertical scale at 5db/div to start.
- shifting the vertical scale downwards makes it easier to see lower level signals.
- having the video filter on usually gives clearer readings on the display
