That's the special "milli vanilli" capsule, utilising nosound™ microphone technology.

Looks to be... Not seeing a lot of upgrades, especially at the 100 series level. Curious what tangible benefits these will have over the G3 series. Looks like all kits come with the GA3 rack mounts and the IR sync is now backlit to show where to hold it against the receiver.

300 and 500 series have OLED displays on the receivers... yay?

Definitely still analogue as it is compatible with all previous Evolution series wireless.
Yes, all sets ship with rackmount kits.

100 series is now linkable, unit to unit to coordinate frequencies.  It IS NOT networkable via IP.

Some new packages of products available under single SKU's.

Broader tuning range for 2 of the series I believe.

...?  Can't recall other specifics at the moment.

a dual receiver chassis with internal antenna combination would be a welcome addition ... currently no 100/300/500 dual receivers

The lavs they bundle with these systems seem to be oriented more towards sounding somewhat intelligible over a ceiling can speaker than for musical applications.

They did that with the G2 IEM transmitters for a hot second (SR350 G2) and then it promptly disappeared.  I can see that it may not be a financial gain for the 100 series, but I'd think at least the 300IEM or 500 might be a marketable item.

Absolutely.  That's what they are for.

I recall that there was more info on these around NAMM but currently can't find anything other than what's up on the Sennheiser page at the moment.  Will the G4 update include the IEM system?  The website currently only shows mics.
