Title: Wacky AC Power
Post by: Frank DeWitt on May 04, 2015, 01:27:47 PM
Could we develop a formula to relate amplifier watts and vacuum cleaner amps and equivalent watt light bulbs to the real world?

If I connect a rack iNUKE NU6000 amplifiers to a 1.3 volt 60 hz input can I run my house off one 15 amp circuit?

I think you could power those amps using 244 9-volt batteries in series.  ;)

Not if you have 1/2 inch plumbing.

How about using a flame gulping engine to power it...  ::)

First, we need to determine what is the real world.
The power ratings of iNukes are ...out of THIS world! ;D

15mm here... although the pipe is the same size!

How about using a flame gulping engine to power it...
Is there an industrial sized version?

Steve.

Notice at 2:47 that the "DJ" waves in the hot blond girl. Yes, that's the "you can dance on my subwoofer" look. 8)
