I don't know why it came up when you visited PSW; the IP resolves to hosted.by.leaseweb.com in Amsterdam, NL (note leaseweb in your screen capture).
PSW's servers are not located in Europe; the forums serve from IP 72.3.132.175 (Rackspace in TX) and the main site from IP 198.63.53.129 (Verio in CO).
