Title: Wireless Monitors: Shure PSM400 v. Sennheiser IEM G2
Post by: Eric Reese on August 23, 2004, 11:05:44 PM
Hello,
I am planning on making the switch to Wireless In-ear systems for my rig and am wondering if the Shure PSM400 systems or the Sennheiser EW300IEM G2 systems are the way to go. Can anyone help me out??
I'm thinking two transmitters with four receivers.

Thanks,
E

I can't comment on the Shure unit, but I use the Sennheisers and I like em.

The standard ear pieces that come with them are OK, but I bought myself a pair of Shure E2s and like these a whole lot better.

I use 1 transmitter and 2 body packs.  It works and I've had no problems.

I have used both and like both.  The companies I work for right now both have an abundance of the PEM 600's and 700's.  They are accepted anywhere by everyone.  Either Brand will be fine though.

Best,
