Hey all,

I am looking for a simple zone mixer for a permanent install.

I need a minimum of three zone outputs
Zone 1 - stereo mix
Zone 2 - mono
Zone 3 - mono
A 4 zone mixer would be sufficient.

I need 4 balanced xlr inputs and 1 rca input.

I have my eyes on the Australian Monitor ZRM4. Has anybody used this product? I have never used anything from Australian Monitor, any experiences good or bad? If anyone has any input on the product or the company please let me know what you think.

Dbx Zone PRO 640m?  Very nice little thing. Think about the dsp capabilities, eq and hpf, limiters and such. I have re-done several Zone mixer installs where people burnt voicecoils like other change underwear, because the lack of adequate filters and protection. Has other nice and simple features too. Also cheaper than a correct analog setup.

The zone pro looks great, but this item needs to also act as a simple mix interface. We need an easy way for a user to adjust volume and assign inputs to zones quickly on the fly. We already have all of the processing required to eq and protect the system.

Tim yes it would, I would recommend the ATEIS UAP-G2, I use in church sound systems for my DSP processor & I use this unit for zones paging & background music in malls, restaurants & movie theaters, but a laptop has to set it up & make any adjustments, only front panel knobs can be assign to control the volume..... But Sean wanted easy & user friendly....the Samson S-Zone is the answer.....
