Title: Upgrading subs, don't know which way to go?

Currently using a pair of QRX 118 subs driven with a QSC PLX-3402.

I want to sell the 118's and am thinking of getting a pair of the QRX 218s.

Is this a good idea or are there other double subs combos, that are smaller or less expensive?
