Has anyone every used this analyzer:
http://rfexplorer.com/models/
At that price point it is something everyone running wireless would want in their tool bag. For $50US the software doesn't look bad either.
I am going to buy one and will write a review. I have an Anritsu that is calibrated I can use as a reference.

looking forward to the review. i've been using one of these for a couple of years now. i was an early adopter. i don't use it for anything that requires super high accuracy. i just use it to give me a general 'lay of the RF land' and it works very well for that. i'd be curious to see how accurate/inaccurate you may find it to be.....

That's exactly the application I am going to use it for. It's a toolbox tool, for triage and frequency selection. That's what I see it's role in live production.
