Title: How can I get audio from my mixer to an ipad with lightning port?
Post by: John P. Whiteker on November 06, 2019, 08:11:33 PM
Trying to set up FB Live to show a video feed on on ipad with an audio feed from my mixer and bypass the iPads microphone. Please watch the video of the gear I have and let me know if there is a solution other than purchasing an audio interface. Which I'm still not certain that would even do the trick.  iRig?? Help

Use a lighting to USB Camera adaptor and a class compliant USB audio interface such as a Focusrite Scarlett. You will need to provide power to the audio interface.  The iPad will not power a USB device in the same way a computer will.
