Peepz you really should consider scaling your photos.. its pain in the lower backside to load so many huge pics.

I was just an attendee to this meeting (well my parents were) but I got to see a lot of the general sessions anyways by peeking in the ballroom, but here's video that I pieced together of their recognition parts of the session..
