  My application is lifting 10' of tritruss with pars and dimmers permanently mounted on it.

 I am looking at the Applied L-11, the Global ST-132, and the QuicLoc SLS-11.  Any comments on these or other suggestions.

 Also, are there any minuses to mounting the truss with the lights down?   With the lights down I can focus them almost straight down if I'm on a short stage.

I use the GT ST-157 - one size up from the ST-132. Decent build quality on GT stuff.

I hang some PARS off the bottom, without any issues.

We have a stack of the Applied lifts, they are great. The Globals are fairly nice too, but we've had to replace the handles. No experience with the last brand.

Hang the lights however you want. Down is way more common than up in concert and theater worlds.

Thanks guys,I was more concerned about stability of the two adapters.  If the v shaped or the flat mount were safer.

I've only use the "flat" one.  When I saw the "V" I thought it did not look thick enough.  FWIW
