And just what would a sound guy be doing running around in the woods.  Twisted Evil  Laughing

Trying to find (and mic) a falling tree with nobody around, to answer the age-old question?

Is Bennett wearing a blaze orange hat??
Maybe it's SWAG from the company making blaze orange car-top cargo carriers (background)?

It's so I don't get shot running around in the woods.

My hiker wife is very partial to blaze orange during deer season. It's the "hot" color for autumn in the northeastern woods.

That's why I added "(and mic)", so Bennett could run far away (without getting shot), thus preserving the integrity of the experiment.  The question then becomes whether to use a very long snake, go wireless, or merely record the event for subsequent playback.
