Looking for a speaker wallmount bracket
« on: October 16, 2007, 10:02:56 AM »

I need to mount a pair of JBL Eon1500 speakers on a wall. The JBL BRK1 is one option but allows no lateral aiming and offers only  20 or 30 degree downward angles. The combination of a JBL BRK15 and an omnimount offers nearly universal aiming but costs more than the speaker is worth (sorry for the editorial!).  What would be ideal would be the old Peavey 'L' shaped bracket that uses the standmount hole already built in to the speaker but I haven't seen one of those in years.  Vertical aiming isn't necessary but movement in the horizontal plane would be nice and a reasonable price would be most welcome.

TIA,
Al

Look at the SM-075-A from Allen Products.

www.allenproducts.com

You only get 15 degrees of downward adjustment, but gain 360 degrees of rotation.
