I have known about this for a little while but am not able to say anything..... YET.  Very soon.  What I will say is that it should be very good for Yorkville.  We all know that any time Tom D involves himself in a project that the outcome is well thought out and usually contains a novel concept.

The article also mentions new powered boxes using Danley technology but in a separate paragraph so I read that as other conventional boxes but I'm not certain.

Danley boxes are already available in powered versions, but you have to ask for them.

Maybe they are making it more official and/or introducing a powered wedge.

I am waiting to see "the wedge".

Hi Guys

Well I can’t say much either but I can say it has something that in the words of Monty Python is “completely different” as well as having the things mentioned.
This new horn / lens / waveguide “thing” is an invention which solves a common but big fundamental acoustic problem, a different “off shoot” configuration of which hopefully will end up as a phase plug in some compression drivers too.
Anyway, you know what direction I want sound quality to go haha.

Monty Python's "something completely different" was a man with 3 buttocks.  This sounds like a bizarre speaker system, even for Canadians....

It will be interesting to see how buttocks are implemented in a line array.... nudge nudge, wink wink.
