2 Martin MX-4 lights with Flight case and DMX controller - $600

I have a friend that has these for sale,

Question

1). is it a good bright light, that does amazing things.

2). Is that a good price for these lights, case and controller?

The list price for the MX-4 is $990. If you're getting two of them, a case, and a controller for $600 - it's gonna be a good deal. (Depending of course on what condition they're in.) The MX-4 is a 150W discharge and has 15 colors, 2 split, and one white; 19 gobos, and seperate gobo and color wheels. It can do some neat things, but if you're lookin' for the gobo to spin for some cool aerial effects - then you need a different fixture. The MX-4 doesn't have a gobo rotator.

If you like the MX-4, it's a decent deal, depending upon the controller. These fixtures are not particularly bright, compared to
a Deluxe Scan for example, and the street price for these guys was $500 or so last year.

If you just need 2 fixtures and a controller, it'll get you there.

those lamps, CDM-T150w, i think are the best for djs. are bright, almost eternal(6.000hs), and fixture weight is around a 25% less than a discharge 250w ones.

so is a excellent buy, congratulations!
take some pictures for us!
