Ditto on the Mackie's.  The band I run with uses a pair of Yorkville LS800P's under Mackie 1530's, with an Ashley crossover...works great.  Covers all but the biggest club we normally play, and we handle that venue and street dances, etc.  by adding a second pair of Mackies on top (yeah not perfect with the 90 horns, but works ok) and renting an extra set of Yorkvilles to run in a 4 over 6 configuration.  No problems at all.
